I dig the self-aware Hollywood vibe in the new video for Theophilus London’s Why Even Try. The track, featuring Sara Q from Tegan and Sara, was the first single off Lovers Holiday, which dropped Feb. 7.
The video was directed by Bryan Schlam (which I hear means something) and produced by MTV as a part of the network’s indie music month.
